To secure your session, a non-refundable 25% booking fee of your chosen package is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
If your session is located out with Midlothian there will be a small travel fee included depending on distance (£10-£20).

Frequently asked questions
Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
I am based in Midlothian but cover Edinburgh and surrounding areas. If you have a location in mind a little further away, just let me know - I am happy to travel! Travel out with Midlothian will cost a small fee of £10 - £20 depending on distance.
When is the best time to have a newborn session?
5-14 days after being born is the best time to capture those really sleepy newborn scrunch moments. If you miss this window for any reason, don't worry! We can still capture really lovely photos after this and can alter the session to suit your baby's age and stage.
What do we need to wear to our session?
Choosing what to wear for your family session doesn’t need to be stressful — the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and like yourselves. I always recommend soft, neutral and earthy tones such as creams, beige, whites and muted greens, as these photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your connection rather than your outfits. Try to avoid bold patterns, logos or bright colours. Most importantly, there’s no need to buy anything new — some of the most timeless images come from everyday outfits that reflect your real family life.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! Let me know what you have in mind and we can make a package suited to you and your family.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Final photos will be available to download digitally from a personalised private gallery within 2 weeks from your session date. This may be sooner or slightly longer depending on how many photos are purchased.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen package and session date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your shoot. Once your booking is confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you. The session can be rescheduled if given a minimum of 1 weeks notice, otherwise a new deposit will be required.
